A new lead comes in

On Slack: Type /plan followed by your lead’s name, Contoso Steel Inc. Add some description about the lead and assign it to someone on your sales team.

On Microsoft Teams: Type @Workstreams and select plan, then type in your lead’s name, Contoso Steel Inc. Add some description about the lead and assign it to someone on your sales team. The productivity train is rollin'!

Initial contact

The journey continues! A teammate has moved a task via to the contact stage (this can be done on Slack, Microsoft Teams, or right on the taskboard). An appointment with Contoso is set up. Are you ready to pitch?

Negotiating specifics

Some negotiating back-and-forth is always at the heart of a customized sales process. This is when tasks glide along to the next step of your workflow and a teammate knows when to pick it up.

Lead evaluation
