Workstreams Voice can sort and prioritise your most important tasks by running them through a filter. Simply start by asking Workstreams Voice “What should I work on.”
Important—If you ask “what should I work on” while Workstreams Voice is connected to a Slack channel (see How to connect), it will only tell you your own assigned tasks. It lists them in the same order as on your My tasks page on the web app, followed by any unassigned tasks.
What’s the current workload or the monthly output of you and your team? How many tasks are in urgent need of attention?
To find out, the magic words are “Give me a summary.”
Workstreams Voice helps you to keep track of your tasks by reporting on your current progress, as well as reporting what was achieved in the last month. This means less time planning, and more time concentrating on getting things done.
TIP —When connected to Slack, the report will show the results and progress of everyone in any selected Slack channel (learn more about Team collaboration.
